VOICE
Participant Feedback
From eye contact to tone and expression — seeing objectively how I come across to others clarified things I had only vaguely understood before.
The instructor kept smiling and watching our reactions throughout, and I stopped feeling nervous in front of others. I came away determined to approach customer service with more confidence.
Actually doing the communication exercise gave me growing confidence in addressing a crowd.
